We signed a kicker to the practice squad.

My understanding is it is 'a little tightness.' My theory on the new kicker is that McPherson is being sat out on Sunday. Zac said they would 100% give players with dings the game off. I think they end up sitting all starters tbh.

And I don’t know. I think he was a little dinged up during the game last weekend. Looks like insurance. Also could be insurance with all the covid positives we’ve had, just in case he ends up on the list with little notice.

It is also a "just in case" situation with the whole COVID thing as we head into the post-season. The kid we signed has actually played in a couple of games this season. He's been on something like 8 or 9 teams since 2019.

He certainly was kicking the ball short. Hope its nothing serious and can be cured with a weeks rest.
