Loved it when they drafted him and he has shown that he has natural LB instincts and awareness that are difficult to coach into players. Tough to get playing time when the Bengals rarely put more than 2 LBs on the field at the same time.

My biggest takeaway from yesterday (other than wondering how in the world Brandon Allen is in the NFL) was that I continue to be impressed by Markus Bailey and Chris Evans. Both could end up being nice late round picks for us.

Markus.
And it's a Bengals fansite; of course they would notice.

Absolutely.
Bailey even had a TFL that he didn't get credited for, so he's STILL not getting the respect he's working towards.

We may have figured out our LB issues. Wilson has established himself. Pratt looks competent. Davis-Gaither comes back next year. Bailey looked good in limited snaps.
That one TFL on a running play to the outside, where Bailey shot the gap and accelerated, made the tackle solo. That is pure LB porn.
Now if only our OL draftees would start taking over.

Bengals still have below average performance from their LB group as a whole.
Out of the two, I'd look to replace Pratt first.
Maybe Bailey can be that guy, but it's always good to have competition in a group that lacks a stud.
Bring in a FA or a draft pick to compete with Pratt, Bailey, and ADG for that 2nd LB spot.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
Sorry for Party Rocking!

Spoiler alert; there are some on here (that know their stuff) that aren't fans of ADG
And if they see something amiss, there's a chance the team might as well.

I loved that pick when we made it too. Was surprised we tripled up at LB picking him but we needed it at the time and the injuries this year just proved again how important it was to draft those 3.
As a buckeye fan every once in a while you notice one guy from a smaller school pissing you off terribly and that’s usually a sign he’s gonna be good.
Bailey, Mack, Rondale Moore, Watt x2. Obviously not all created equal but these are all guys i remember hating during our games against their teams and wanting to end up as bengals.

I see him as more of a 3-4 OLB/EDGE. Extra pass rusher from a 2-point stance in our hybrid defense.
I don't think of him as a 4-3 OLB

I remember texting a family member who is a Stiller fan when they drafted Watt that he was a steal for this very reason. Sadly I was very right...

More kudos to the coaching staff on success in the draft of 2020... All seven round players are still with the team, that is rare for any team

Bailey has done well when he's had the chance. I could see him putting pressure on for a spot next season.
