People want to blame the line yes.
What about last year?

At what point does one question the schme of zac tylor and his offensive ability as a coach
And that maybe his scheme is what is getting this quarterback killed. What was his record WITHOUT joe burrow???

IMO Taylor’s scheme is just weird. He put up big passing numbers as a player in college and is trying to impart his “philosophy” with some bizarre hybrid run and shoot offense that has burrow shotgun 90 percent of the time. You cannot do this when your offensive line is the worst in the league. The 3 times burrow was under center and stepped
back the dl was not as aggressive. It took pressure off the ol and you had the 3 biggest gains of the game.

Smart coaches make adjustments towards what is working. I thought after mixons huge run out of the eye formation they would keep doing this. They did not run this formation again the whole game. Not to mention not a single screen pass or qb rollout.

Taylor offensive mind seems rigid and stuck in this run and shoot philosophy. This will not win a Super Bowl and will end your quarterbacks career. How it didn’t end on that knee twist is simply a blessing beyond belief.

His style of play makes him more susceptible to sacks, but that's all the more reason to invest in the offensive line. Burrow wants more time for plays to develop and he'll take sacks in pursuit of that. Gotta try to give him more time.
Everything in this post is my fault.

Besides a line overhaul, Pollack should be on a short lease, his coaching performance over the past 3 year has regressed, i believe he has outlived his Dallas coattails of like five 1/2 round starters on Oline.

...and don’t forget Brandon Allen got sacked four times in the last game against Cleveland. That makes 74.
