Cap Space = $68,166,203 (covers top 51 salaries)
Bengals had a young team last year so it should be expected that some players will continue to grow. I also think that there holes are pretty clear -- O-Line and pending FAs.
Bengals typically keep their draft picks and they have at least 7 depending on the conditions attached to Hill trade
They usually set aside $10 mil for draft picks and injury replacement but with the later pick this year, I assume the draft salaries would be substantially lower.
I have added possible free agents based on PFF top 200 list of suggested salaries + a few guys based on last years salary and gave Larry $3million

Which leaves $1,000,000 for 6 players -- but only top 4 count towards cap so this is fairly reasonable as a starting off point
