My 2022 Bengals Bet
#1
2021 was a very profitable year betting on the Bengals. I ended up winning $9375.00 and just missing an extra 20K on that SB.
I won the over with 6.5, ACF North and AFC Championship only to get my heart broken in the Super Bowl.

Vegas does not have a line on it but we do know 2022 home and away schedules.

I will be betting OVER on the Bengals if the win total is 10.5. I may even take them if win total is 11.5.
I am also betting them to win the AFC North, AFC Championship and of course to win Super Bowl (+1400).

I think they will at least be 11-6 if not better in 2022.

I was sick when the Bengals lost the Super Bowl. If I would have missed out on 20k, I’d probably still be in bed.

Nothing is worst than losing that game. Never thought about the money after the loss. Like everyone else on here I am still struggling with losing that game. I was so sure we were going to win. I was even confident on our last drive that we would win or tie it and win in OT.

Yeah. I'm thinking I'm going to place a lot of bets, especially if we fix the offensive line.

I lost $500 on the Super Bowl because I didn't take the points (my friend talked me out of betting the spread).

Hollywood has a Sportsbook now so I can go there and place the bets.

Definitely betting on them to win the AFCN, AFC Championship, the over, the Super Bowl, and probably a few others, like Joe winning the MVP.

That sucks not getting the points. Again, I was confident as well we would win. I could have hedged my bet but I wanted it all.
I do like the MVP bet idea. I did not think about that. Hollywood (Barstool Sportsbook) is where I made my bet last year.

I think Hard Rock should be getting a SportsBook soon enough but not in time for the 2022 Season.

I was actually there last night.

Be amazing if they do.

Hard Rock would do so much business with the Bengals being this good now.

I "talked" to a manager guy a while back (probably pre-Covid) and asked him if they'd get a Sportsbook (I think Ohio was deciding whether or not to allow it or they had just approved it) and he said no which blew my mind.

I've been trying to go and my friend that works in Cinci (pretty sure) Facetimed me while I was presenting yesterday to tell me that he was going to Hard rock to play blackjack.

Congrats wish I had done the same thing... if only Kentucky would allow betting. Too lazy to drive into Indiana

You on the east side of NKY or the southern part?

It's under twenty minutes from my place by Thomas More.

Or are you too lazy to drive 20 minutes? lol

Florence area... not too lazy to drive 20 min in general but definitely too lazy to drive across state lines just to lose some money.

I play a lot of Draftkings but KY doesn't allow the over/under type bets only the team building ones.

I missed out on 15k. Took them in August at +15000 to win the superbowl...

One thing about betting is when you are close to a win, you sink more money into it. Personally, I think the Bengals do well in 2022. I'm not sure they will make the playoffs or win the Super Bowl as that is a tough road to follow. I want them to win but betting on your team doesn't always work out. Only bet with money you can afford to lose.

Yeah think he was being conservative with the picks and still sees 11+ wins which I agree with. First place schedule and it really doesn’t look too daunting.

I did win. I love betting on Burrow.

I do like future bets because of the odds. Bet $100 this year to win $1400 that is still pretty good. It also makes the season that much more exciting. I have no idea on what the odds will be to win the AFC North again or our over/under.

I agree with only betting money I can afford to lose.

I am being conservative in thinking we play .500 in the division. I was also thinking the odds are we will beat either KC or Buffalo at home. Who knows we may beat both of them but lose to the Jets on the road again. In reality, I think we will win 2 div games on the road and win div 2 games at home.
I think we will fix our off line and be more than capable of winning 14 games. It is just unrealistic to bet any NFL team to win 14 games. Injuries always play a toll.
