I said in the “overrating” thread I thought he’d get around the Dissely deal and it looks like that’s what he got. Options at TE are getting a little thin for a veteran which is looking more and more like we may be going TE in the draft. Not the best draft for TE options that can contribute early though.

Really loved the energy he brought to the team. Jets fans seem delighted. But it is an area the Bengals can improve on.

This one hits me in the feels. As a fan I love CJ. As a realistic take, he's a very replaceable TE. Still doesn't mean I wasn't hoping to see him resigned.
