I said in the “overrating” thread I thought he’d get around the Dissely deal and it looks like that’s what he got. Options at TE are getting a little thin for a veteran which is looking more and more like we may be going TE in the draft. Not the best draft for TE options that can contribute early though.

Womp, womp. I’ll miss that dude, but they were never gonna pay him 8 mil per year.

I hope he proves to be worth that and more.

Really loved the energy he brought to the team. Jets fans seem delighted. But it is an area the Bengals can improve on.

Damn. Guess money matters than all that rah rah shishkambah he put up all year. You've got the inferior Jets QB throwing to you, good luck CJ.

Yikes. He really chased the money. The JETS? Really CJ. Ok.

Who do we have at TE then? Honestly we dont have a TE. You can’t count Sample.

Interesting

Does the mean Gronk may be a possibility? I can't see him leaving without giving Bengals a shot?

I wish him well.

Please use 2025 free agency to fix the trenches, not the draft!!!!!!!!

This one hits me in the feels. As a fan I love CJ. As a realistic take, he's a very replaceable TE. Still doesn't mean I wasn't hoping to see him resigned.

Probably going draft at #31 & 63 for Corner/OT. Probably a TE at #95.
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.

I don't think $8 million a year is bad for him.

It's funny he was Mr Bengal. Loved being here. Then...goes to the Jets.

Good luck CJ

Mo Alie-Cox or Tyler Conklin are cheaper and I think could have more on field production than CJ.

Edit Mo back to Indy

Allie-Cox signed for 3 years 18 already.
