4 p.m. deadline March 16 for teams to get under the cap

I saw a thread stating Jenkins and Myles jack were released. The next 24 hours may see more cuts tham players being signed as a lot of teams over t he cap. Some will use restructures, but I am not sure all of them can get under using that method.

It will interesting to see players that become cap cuts.
