2-8 games is what some are predicting then judge will give as a recommendation final say lies with the commish though

Yes the commish can override the judge, but that of course will look very bad if the first time she is used, that her decision is not honored.  However, that will have to be weighed against the outcry at the NFL from women's groups if the punishment is not severe enough for them.  The NFL is in a very tough situation if the recommended punishment is light.

kinda of a lose lose but the CBA agreed to let Goodell have final say in matters so not sure how they appeal lol
