Something missing in this thread is what Steelers gave for Fitzpatrick and the 2 probowls (which are bogus IMO, but my opinion doesn't count).. Bates, 2nd rounder, never made the probowl.. I don't know if that is figured into the Brownosphere or not, but it's something to consider.. I don't believe they have lowballed Bates,, I think Bates has thought of himself as worth more than he may be worth.. I dunno..
