The LT picked it up correctly, but it looked like Volson never even saw his guy until he was past him. He was literally staring down field looking for a delayed blitzer. The free runner blew past his outside shoulder, so that's either the LT or the LG's assignment. The LT correctly picked up the guy that looped outside. If he doesn't, then that guy comes free. And if that was Volson's assignment then he missed the pickup and needs to work on it in practice. If it was the RB then it is his job no matter what side of the QB he lines up on. I'm just saying we don't know and given the comically stupid way Allen handled the play selection for the previous snap it would not shock me to discover he screwed this up too and handed out incorrect assignments.

Volson tripped and didn't get to his man, who made the tackle.
