And if you watched the Tampa games, he's cussing at his linemen on the field and throwing his tablets on the sideline. They may have won, but their new o-line is not really fairing any better than ours. I think Brady's rating so far this year is about 80.

I haven't been told that.
And that's a pretty silly thing to say and shows that you don't have much experience on message boards. It'd be one thing if I was trolling. I'm not.
And I guarantee I was screaming louder than you during the games.

Were you screaming for Burrow to demand a trade?

Nope. I wouldn't have wanted him on any other team in the NFL last year. Only thing is Zac Taylor, you can't fire a coach after a SB appearance obviously, but I don't think anyone with any sense thinks that guy is even an average coach in the NFL.
I'll be screaming for him to demand a trade if he keeps getting sacked. Dude has the potential to be on top of the NFL for the next 12 years. At this rate his career will be over before he's 30.
OL may gel better as the season goes on.

I'm just giving you a hard time. I was going to make some joke saying that I was screaming the loudest because I skipped the game and hired a dominatrix or something, but I figured I'd make a joke that was a bit more on topic. I'll see myself out.

For the sake of his career, he needs to play somewhere else. He's just too special. I'm sorry to say that, especially since he and Chase are such a great story, but I care about Burrow, that being said, even though I also care about the Bengals, this is precisely what everyone was afraid of when he got drafted. He won't last another 3 years behind this line. Granted, some of it is on him, but you have to think he doesn't trust the O Line even though he would never say that.

Burrow is not going to demand a trade. He can see on film, just as easily as anyone else, he's holding on to the ball too long and missing open guys too much of the time.
He needs to get better as much as anyone else on offense needs to get better. More, than some.

That's true. I just think he's rattled because of the OL protection. Not entirely but it's absolutely a factor. I mean, dude missed a good bit of his rookie season because of a gnarly knee injury. He'd never admit it but you know that's going to be on his mind.

32. MIAMI DOLPHINS (NO CHANGE)
LT Liam Eichenberg | 50.7
LG Austin Jackson | 49.9
C Michael Deiter | 60.6
RG Robert Hunt | 67.4
RT Jesse Davis | 52.5
Miami’s offensive line surrendered a league-leading 235 pressures this season and recorded the worst pass-blocking efficiency score in the NFL. The unit did this despite being well protected by a quarterback getting rid of the ball quickly and by the team running the third-most RPOs in the league. The offensive line was run blocking on almost one out of every five passing plays, removing the chance of being exposed in pass protection. Miami gambled that their young players would develop this season and the line would improve, but that unquestionably backfired.
And I mentioned their LT that you’re talking about (Armstead). They just acquired him this past offseason in free agency.
I don't care about PFF. All are upgrades over what we've seen.

1. every team MUST fire their HC after a loss
2. every team MUST have a starting QB and a backup QB but MUST start the backup QB
3. if the backup QB is starting the starting QB must be traded and a new backup QB brought in who MUST play because teams already know what they have in the starter and they should see what we have in the kid on the bench
4. despite all this QB crap I just mentioned, teams MUST run the ball 90% of the time because THAT'S HOW FOOBAWWW IS WON
5. NO showboating or celebrating, we want team-focused players, not glory hog attention seekers who want to be on TikTok
6. NO stupid flags for celebrating because geez come on, let the guys have some fun
7. Players MUST taunt after a tackle, because that's what NFL players did back in the day
8. All head trauma will be ignored and anything short of decapitation will be referred to as "Gettin your bell rung"
9 Any team under .500 MUST immediately start tanking for the next big QB
10. All teams MUST give up on the next big QB as soon as he goes under .500
I'm disappointed in you Nate.. Where's the whopping 5% discount on deluxe heated seats on the 50 yardline with the deluxe cup holders? Man! You'll be a stingy league owner.. I'd probably be a bit too generous with that 5% thing.. I should lower it to 2%.. You know..make fans really love me..

We don't have seats, you stand for the game like a real fan or you can stay home on your couch.

They could franchise him as many times, but (1) the Bengals aren’t known for spending money (2) Burrow does NOT have to accept. If he keeps getting knocked down, I can’t see JB accepting any more time than he has to with this organization. The optics would be bad for refusing a franchise tag and he’d have to sit out the season, but no one in their right minds would blame him after getting sacked 9 times in a playoff game. There are too many better situations.
So I hope you guys figure it out.

3. Burrow himself wanted Chase over Penei Sewell. Was that the right choice? Yep. But also contributed to the delay in the line getting fixed. I am very confident that will happen this year.

By one of the mods. That poster has been spewing the same “Burrow should force his way out of Cincinnati” narrative ad nauseam since the day he joined here.

Miami gave up a league leading 58 sacks in 2019, surrendered the most pressures of any team in league in 2021, and had by no means “shored up their OL” when they decided to draft Waddle over 2 elite Tackles. It wasn’t until this past spring when they brought in Armstead and Connor Williams that they had anything resembling a halfway decent OL.

I mean, how much longer do you think he can take a beating like this all season? I also think Zac Taylor is a mediocre to bad coach, but I don't put all of it on Taylor.
I'm still hoping something clicks. As an LSU fan and now a Bengals fan (I would pull for y'all over the Saints, and that's sacrilege), it was the most FEEL GOOD story of my football watching days. For these guys to turn it around for the Bengals would be the best. I just don't know if it's going to happen.

This team is mentally defeated right now. If I see one more TV shot of Burrow, Chase, Boyd, Higgins sitting on the bench staring straight forward I'm gonna be sick. Burrow especially. They've shown him I don't know how many times just sitting there lifeless.

A big problem with the first 2 weeks is another former LSU player La'el Collins. He has just looked straight awful with several drive killing plays. Parsons made him look like a Div3 college player consistently turning him around knocking him off balance with ease.

Agreed. Big disappointment. I mostly watched him at LSU but caught some of his stint with the Cowboys. Collins I thought would be a great addition.
