Wk 11 GameDay Thread...Bengals @ Cardinals
And there goes all the advantage we had built up. The Cardinals are good but that drive was 100% defensive miscues.

We are simply going to have to upgrade out defensive backfield before we can ever be serious contenders. We have a Jekyl and Hyde kind of backfield.

If we're going to be taking defensive penalties, can they at least be roughing the passer?

Agreed. Badly timed jump or that should have been pick #3

That was a touchdown no matter who was in coverage.

In general the D is playing well, we have 2 picks. The offense got going the last drive, we need to keep it up the rest of the game. And we have ball after 2nd half so with an extra posession, we are still in control. Palmer isn't done turning the ball over, dude fumbled it up in seattle too even though they won. Bengals have to capitalize every time.

If Dunlap hadn't hesitated, he may have forced Palmer to rush that throw which could mean that he overthrows the receiver.

If Williams would have jumped he would have stopped it for God's sake.  How high did he jump, 6 inches??

That's why that pick Williams made at PIT was such a miracle.

He's a hitter and run supporter. Not a pass defender.

Palmer has had virtually no pressure and that with backup guards. Add in the flags and the total inability to cover anyone and easy TD. Feels exactly like the Texans game so far - stumbling and stuttering but close.

Nope, we need to continue to spend our high draft picks on OT that don't play and under spend the salary cap.

I have Direct TV and I like it.

But if they don't stop these bullshit commercials I WILL cancel.

7 point advantages tend to go away against elite offenses.

Palmer has been sacked with 3 QB hits.  Not sure what you are watching.

That was a great catch. It doesn't bother me as much giving up a TD on a great catch.

The Texans game that the d gave up 250 total yards and 10 points?

Defensive line needs to get better penetration. Its that simple.

The one that's on. With backup guards there should be zero time for anything but quick outs. The fact that he is taking 7 step drops and passing means no pressure.
