Steelers used to run a little trick punt with Ben, not bad to have in the back pocket to limit returns.

Remember when like half or better of holders for kicks were the backup QB?

I think that ball may have traveled 35-40 yards in the air, meaning a net of 20-25..

Same here !
Hence why I made something up.

Regardless, as long as he's dropping dimes, he can keep pretending to rack 9's.
Ok... I'm going back to yelling at kids to get off of my lawn, now.

We used to do a thing in pee-wee football called a "quick kick," where you'd pitch it to the running back and he'd just give it a boot!

I don't really see any use of Burrow kicking for us unless we're afraid of getting the kick blocked by the punt team because the entire purpose was to kick it with no return but maybe if we're backed up on our own goal line we'd be afraid of getting it blocked?

Tony Romo ended that.

Just like he ended being able to tackle a QB without worrying about a flag for landing with too much of your weight on him because he snapped his collar bone twice in one season (the 2nd and 3rd times of his career).

My first thought as well.
