With as much as guys like Hall and Dennard were getting burned last night by Fitz, you'd have to believe a pro-bowl caliber CB would've made a big difference.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.

Yep but I couldn't help but call Carson a sissyboy in the poll.

IDK the rookie that scored the TDs might not have even played... we might not have lost.

Floyd probably matches up better with Hall/Dennard more than the short speedster anyways

Considering we might be one of the worst under 2 minute teams out there, no.

I feel like we would have won this game if we lost to the Browns on Thursday night. See, losing to the Browns and the Texans would have made us SO MAD that we would have beaten the Cardinals! Heck, if we had a 6 game losing streak we would have been SO SO SO SO MAAAAAAD that we would have won 49 to 0.

^IMO

This rookie is the real deal. He can blow the lid off of a D. Floyd might be riding pine more often than not from here on out.

So Nelson did what we were fantasizing Denarius Moore would be doing right about now?  Ouch.

IT's hard to play that what if game, but I figured this would be a good thread to ask since it is about the secondary. How did Dre look overall last night? It is always hard for me to tell with secondary players as I can only remember a few bad plays by him, but he could have locked down the rest of the game. For some reason I get the impression that he was balls last night (along with Hall on the final drive), but only watched the game once on the usual TV angle.

It wasn't just his coverage, but it seemed like he was missing tackles that he needed to make. Jones is usually a pretty solid tackler so maybe we would have fared better.

Well they converted at least 3 huge and crucial 3rd and 10+ plays and I figure they would've got off the field for at least one of them if Jones was in so I'm going to say yeah.

Meh....Don't know. Don't care. We've been very fortunate when it comes to injuries this season. Just looking at our division, the Steelers have had to deal with injuries to Roethlisberger & Bell, the Ravens lost Suggs early and the Browns owners & management are dealing with irreversible brain damage. This is just something they have to overcome.

No. We only win if Dalton outplays Palmer. Didn't happen. Ninja

Honestly Hawkins isn't thin, he's just short. If you go by pounds per inch....

JJ Nelson: 2.29
Marvin Jones: 2.68
Andrew Hawkins: 2.69
AJ Green: 2.72
Mohamed Sanu: 2.84

Surprised?
