A good, solid move. Thomas is an excellent vet/mentor guy to help Hill and Anderson. Special Teams captain last year.

We have 4 safeties inked now: Hill, Thomas, Anderson, and Brandon Wilson.

If we are able to retain Bell, I woukd think Wilson's $2 mil salary (and zero dead cap number) would be the thing to go.

I have a feeling FA will focus on defense more and the draft more on offense.
