You know what though, god bless these physicals.  I'm glad they caught it.

I wonder if that means he was close to signing with the Saints.

Apparently it is the same doctor who caught Jon Dorenbos's aortic aneurysm. I imagine with any serious diagnosis tests get run more than once and you see many doctors as time goes on.

My guess is they didn't diagnose it they simply flagged it and they sent him to a specialist to diagnose. As someone else said, their doctor has been very good over the years at catching major issues.

Cameron Brate is about the best TE left on the market, but he's far from what he used to be.
At best, he'd be a stopgap for a year, maybe two.
Or maybe bring Kyle Rudolph in as hometown guy on a discount to be a stopgap.

At this point though, I wouldn't be surprised to see one of Wilcox or Sample re-signed for cheap and a TE drafted early.
Or this could be a year we see two TEs drafted - one early and one late.

Dan Arnold is kind of interesting to me. There was a point he was kind of this sleeper stud then fell back off. I would at least add him as a potential fall back option.

Arnold was a name that never really stuck out to me, but looking back he did have a couple decent years.
400+ yards in both 2020 and 2021.
Good YPC both years.
But yea, last year JAX chose to get Evan Engram as their new guy.

I haven't watched Arnold much at all though...how is he as a blocker?
I feel someone who is 6'6" but "only" 240 lbs might struggle somewhat?
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

BAD NEWS for him and his family.  He has Cancer.  He is leaving NFL.   If we had prayers for that Bills player, can we have a few prayers for this player and his family.   I've seen people fight a beat cancer, so I hope he does.
