Just watched Crossroads on YouTube

No, no, no, not that one but the other one...the good one.

It's about a 17 year old kid from Long Island who studies classical guitar at Juliard but wants to play the Blues. So he busts and old Blues Man out of the nursing home and travels down south.

If you get the chance to see it, I recommend it. I saw it a loooooong time ago, back when it was new but forgot all about it.

Where did you get the idea that I "Liked" the movie when clearly I liked the movie?

Don't get me wrong I liked the movie.

The only thing that that gets me is he wins with technical abilities over soul/feeling.

Against the very thing as a musician you're always told.

That if you can convey more in one note than a flurry... you truly are one of the best.

Instead he beat Satan's ass with classical licks! LOL

I would have put spoiler before this post but the movie had been out what... 30 years?
