What Other Bets Should I Put On The Season?
#1
I posted how I bet on Burrow winning the MVP and other bets a while ago.

Friday, I'm presenting at a Driver Intervention Program up in Blue Ash (Cinci) and figured I could swing by the casino on the way home.

Should I just double down on those or what other bets do you like?

I found it fun to bet on annual sack totals for individual players.  You can string a bunch of over/under sack totals together for an absurd 20 to 1 parlay payout if you're into that sort of thing. Hendrickson with the over of course.

Yeah, pretty sure Hendrickson has a pretty big year.

I'm going to bet on Chase to have the most receiving yards and maybe a few other things and look to parlay it because I think it's between him and Jefferson and, with an improved line, Chase wins easy.

I found a bet that the Bengals get a rushing touchdown (any player) in each game, $10 bet pay like $1050 :)

If possible, it might be fun to bet on which RB has the 2nd-most rushing yards behind Mixon.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

Chase leads the league in WR TDs, based on the analytics of how he is used in the red zone.

He was tied for 3rd last year (missed games) in red zone looks. He is also number 3 since 2021 behind Adam’s and Kupp.

Higgins and Boyd could eat into them, but I’d double down here and say burrow leads the league in TDs as well.

Hell, parlay $10 for burrow and chase to lead in tds together.

Not sure on the Ossai sack total but I wouldn't be shocked if he lead the team in sacks.

This is a really difficult one to get. I stopped looking after a while, but I am not sure Cincinnati has ever done this. I went back in to the 90's and every team had fallen out by week 4 or so. I guess that is why $10 pays $1000 lol.

Yeah……… definitely going to try and bet those tomorrow!

I assumed the Burrow/Chase parlay wouldn’t pay out as much since Burrow leading the league obviously meant Chase would have a bunch.

Yeah I doubt it with how much Burrow throws but you also have to think that sets up red zone runs and big play runs!

Yeah, getting at least 17 rushing TDs total in one year is already unlikely, and then you need them to be spread out to be at least 1 every single week? Would need even bigger odds than that for me to be interested. Lol

This would shock me. I think Ossai will be better but him leading the team in sacks would be a bad thing. That IMO means Hendrickson would have to miss multiple games. I think Trey leading the team in sacks is a sure thing as long as he is healthy.

I presented at the program up in Blue Ash, which they were probably the best audience I've ever had at that program!

They asked tons of questions and then everyone wanted pictures after!

On the way home, I stopped at the casino and bet a hundred on Hendrickson to league in sacks and a hundred on Hubbard to lead it. Each one pays out five grand.

If we put up the kind of points I think we can, it will force other teams to throw to keep up with us and opens up sack opportunities!

Already bet Burrow for MVP, so I bet him for OPOY at $42.50 (all the money I had left) to pay out $1,105 and Chase to win MVP and win me $15,000.

Chase winning MVP is doubtful because, if he has a big year, Burrow has a bigger year, but the odds were too good to pass up.

I'm sure I'll place more bets before the season and I was typing with the worker taking the bets and he reminded me how they'll have games on all season so I'm sure I'll stop back in a few times!

(Wanted to bet a few parlays but didn't want to keep my ride waiting.)

Watch out for the early hype for the Bengals. It is a long season and hard to win bets. I wish you the best though. I bet on Burrow MVP too so lets see. I will place a bet for the Bengals winning the Superbowl later when it appears we are doing well.

Odds will go down when we start playing well.

It's hard to win bets but Burrow took us to the Super Bowl and got one block away from winning it and then took us back to the AFCC, both with no o line, and now we're better on the o line and a lot of other positions, so I feel pretty good about this

Wait...so they don't just give you $1000+ dollars on $10 bets?

I think a lot of these bets are tough. Can Chase lead the league in receiving yards? Talent-wise...yes. IF he plays 17 games. Last year he played in 12.

The 1 rushing td in every game thing has me curious. Looks like the Bengals did it in 1978 and 2020: 1983, 1988, 1997, 2000, 2004, and 2018.

Change that to passing, and it's 1988 and 2015.

*My numbers don't count the last few seasons.

I don't think the Bengals will do the rushing one this year, but generally some very small amount of teams do each year.

Colts under 6.5 Wins

But for week 1 Hammer the Bengals ML while you can still get near standard juice value.
