Interestingly, Staley was well regarded his 1st year there. Maybe even 2nd. Then, they just couldn't take it to the next level and the team regressed.

Tom Brady and Joe Montana both won SB's with their HC's after 5 years as Brownshoe said. So it is at least misleading.
