It's true Brown has had issues, they thought he should have come back sooner and when he was ready they benched him costing him 6.5M in incentives.
I think that situation goes both ways. I'd prefer high character guys with no red flags as well. But Brown's issues at NE could result in a bargain for whoever he plays for next.
