Not enough to make them championship-caliber, IMO.

As for signing an IOL, you and I both know that wasn't going to happen.
They are not going to demote Volson, Karras, or Cappa.
The only spot open on the OL is RT.

Bengals weren't going to sign an expensive WR like Davis while also paying the tag for Higgins.

Could those have been upgrades? Sure.
Were they realistically ever going to happen? Nah.

2 more wins than their 2023 total would put them at 12-5. Not saying they're a Super Bowl favorite, but they had the 6th scoring defense and the 13th rushing offense last year that both should improve because literally nobody respects Pickett as a passing threat in the slightest. 9 TDs per 17 games.

Yeah, they refuse to get rid of Pollack or Volson, but in fairness you asked who should they have signed, not who would they realistically have signed. Lol

My point being though is why people continue to get frustrated when the Bengals don't do something out of their character?
We know the guys signed so far were always pipe dreams for the Bengals.
Fans need to not get so irritated by things that were unrealistic in the first place.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

Yay for a patient and prudent approach to free agency.

Yes. Literally the same pattern plays out every year, but recently they actually sign some tier 2 guys.

Nothing directly on Twix. As far as his post, not sure.
I'm sure it will hit us in the face soon lol.

Speculation of Higgins trade to NE
Speculation of Jefferson to NE(played Middle School ball w/Zappe)

Whatever it is, the anticipation is killing me   Twitch

I am hoping the Bengals go the value route and snatch up D.K. Dobbins.

Low risk, high reward, and addresses a need.

Injury gives him time to learn the system, not that it is as hard for RB's to learn.

Almost like getting a free first round pick...
