***2024 NFL DRAFT THREAD***

I’m glad we are addressing the lines, just sucks we managed to pick the 2 players at their positions I really didn’t want. But I can live with it.

Rd 2 High floor pick - Good rotational DT who will probably never be a standout.  Solid pick.

I think Jenkins has a high ceiling as a pass rusher if wee can find a way to coach-up his pass rush moves.

My hope is that McKinley Jackson is a Bengal before tonight is over.

I like the draft for focusing on the trenches. 2 more picks ahead of us for the night.

Reading some of the other AFC North forums.... some jealousy of our last two picks.

A <300lb NT in the AFCN? That sounds iffy, man.

I want to take linebacker Tommy Eichenberg if he’s available when we draft next — but I also admit I’m a Buckeye alumnus.

I was genuinely confused. I get some channels slipping it earlier than others but is espn and the regular TV coverage 3 picks behind?

I notice that the ESPN.com site was one pick ahead of my streamed ABC broadcast. So, I stopping going online, or even on this thread, until the broadcast shows the pick.

I like Kris Jenkins a lot for us, great run stopper and can rush the passer a bit. Thought NT's and especially Sweat would of lasted
longer so happy we went and got a great one. The Titans reached on Sweat even if not for the DWI. As most know I wanted McKinnley
Jackson but Kris Jenkins played against the best and held his own. Love the pick.

THE TRENCHES BABY!!!

Don’t know anything about Jenkins. Can he stop the run? We need someone who can stop all the rushers in the AFCN.

There were 4 DT selected in second round before our pick. I wish we traded up to get someone like Newton, sweat

Someone send a wellness check to Synric's house after that Frazier to Pittsburgh pick.

His dad was an All-Pro NT at 360.  Scouting report I read said they think Jr is maxed out at 300.

He is pound for pound one of the strongest players in the draft. Weight doesn’t make you a NT your ability to anchor does and he can do it. I’d guess he will play around 310.

I hope I'm eating the crow in the next two or three years, but Jenkins is a "Meh" for me. Awesome personality, but personalities don't crush pockets.
