Welcome Tanner McLachlan

Could still spend a 6th comp or 7th there but I do see it as a missed opportunity.

Other than that I love the draft though.

An understandable gripe unlike a lot of others. I still think we grab a Guard like Dalton Risner, Connor Williams or Andrus Peat after the Draft.

Love the Josh Newton pick but I would still be open to adding another vet Corner after the Draft as well.

TE is looking loaded with the Gesicki and McLachlan additions and we have upside for the future in Erick All.

Tbf Brady is obviously an extreme outlier. But you can certainly get good TE’s in the late rounds.

Especially TEs

That's what's insane to me. Like, why even have rounds after the 4th, right? They all suck. Just do a 4 round draft and then all the rest relegated ti worthless UDFAs.  Sarcasm

So Geseki, Hudson, Sample, plus the 2 TEs we drafted.

Not sure how that all works out.

Probably so

Right now, they have one WR under contract that has been in the system more than one year. I think that they are moving on from the old 3 WR formation as a starting unit.

And Gesicki might move to a listed WR as well.

This pick kind of made my day. Kind of an old school tight end!

Two actually. Irwin signed a one year deal.

Watched some highlights of him, I know highlights are supposed to make anybody look good but the more I watch the more I’m surprised he was still there in the 6th.

Yeah, I thought McLachlan would of been picked where we took All, was really surprised he was around in the 6th round.

Best route running TE in the Draft besides Brock Bowers and has the best hands.
