I'd like to see a different angle, but it sure looked like a head shot to me. So OBJ was suspended for all of his antics and not just the one shot?

I'm guessing that too.  I don't work for the NFL.  

But I'd say three personal fouls in one game along with that very intentional kill shot is pretty bad.
