I had a dog in the fight and he lost and I was entertained... Ever since the playoff meltdown, I've refused to take sports so seriously. I have a much better time watching them now too. That 21 Super Bowl season was a very pleasant surprise. This team is fun to watch. "Better send those refunds..."

Burton is likely the only nfl level starter outside of Higgins and Chase, but I guess he isn’t there yet. Hopefully he gets there asap. Iosivas has a role, but its niche. We will see how Yoshi fares in the slot once Tee returns. I think that's where he will be playing mostly. "Better send those refunds..."

After week 2 we can focus some on the disappointing player development trends and player developmental highlights we see in the young roster.

Im encouraged by the depth. losivias is a slot receiver he may be more productive once Tee returns. With Burton I see the talent against NFL competition by the time playoffs arrive he may become a more solid contributor.

I don't have concerns with any of those players. People are hating on Irwin because of his drops yesterday, but he's normally sure handed.

I had soccer yesterday, so I turned my phone off and DVRd the game. I caught the end of the NASCAR race (which was an incredible finish), then settled in for the game not knowing how it went. I was having a pretty good time during the 2nd half. When they got the DPI call, I hit the fast forward because I knew what was coming. When I saw the sped up version of the FG, I hit delete. I wasn't happy, but I was entertained.... "Better send those refunds..."

They are teeing off on Burrow. And we can’t keep giving up 150 plus yards rushing every game. Team is undisciplined and constantly makes mistakes that cost you the game. We have a plus 2 turnover differential and we lose. That’s not supposed to happen in the NFL. Too many FG’s and not enough TD’s, and can’t finish the game and put the opponents away. When are we going to get a blow out and put the team away, we had many chances to open up a 2 score lead and can’t do it. That we why we lost. |
