I think Belichick would do great here! With that being said Zac is highly underrated as a coach and Lou is a pretty good defensive coordinator. The problem with this organization comes from our Front office not the head coach.

I feel like Duke Tobin should be getting the boot before Zac Taylor. Alot of the issues have been drafting and team building. Bengals just cannot draft in the trenches. They have built a 7on7 roster.

I don't know if it's Duke or the wonder Twins(Blackburns) that keep effing up the team. I feel like if we get rid of Duke then we won't replace him and it would be like the pre marvin era all over again.
