What would it take to get Zac Taylor fired?

You know, the Steelers who...
Tried to get upset at "worst 11-0 team ever" but then lost 4 of their final 5 before getting spanked by the Browns out out of the Wild Card round.
Haven't won a single playoff game in 7 years.
Have only won a single Divisional playoff game in 13 years.
Would have missed the playoffs in 5 of the last 6 years if not for the addition of the BS 7th seed.

I know exactly what board I'm on and I'm a Bengals fan but when someone says the Steelers are pretenders I look at their record and see what they have accomplished while the Bengals are always in rebuild mode. It's just people for some reason can't take hearing the truth about teams. As I said the Bengals aren't in the Steelers class. When these Bengals collect 3 or 4 Lombardi's I'll be impressed but until then their SB trophy shelf is empty while those hated guys in black and gold have 6 out of 8 attempts. That is 75% success in the big game while these Bengals are 0-3 , 0% success.  Sorry, I just have to give credit where it's due.

In all honesty; I think Zac is an underrated coach and underrated play caller. I don't think he needs to be fired and I don't think he is the problem with this organization.

The problem is lack of talent and lack mismanagement of the roster.

I've gone back and forth on Zac since he's been here. Playing Dalton today has me thinking back to that first year and how terrible I think he was that year. Then I think the normal reaction is to say first year head coach and will learn and get better which we have improved. But that brings back the question of how much improvement is from Burrow compared to Zac? Every year we start slow and then improve on offense. This is due to adjustments being made but are these Burrow adjustments or Zac's?

I do think Zac has good qualities and is probably underrated in some regards. But what's the bar? Certainly not among the leagues best. The defense is struggling due to lack of talent and a Lou scheme that appears to be tough to pull off properly. But what about the offense? It appears you couldn't have much more talent than we have right now. I know we can point to Higgins just getting back and last week we started to show the potential. But Washington's defense is terrible and the only reason that's not a story is because they won the game. If we don't shoot ourselves in the foot playcalling we probably score TDs on every drive and win the game. Chase had a breakout but again it takes a poor secondary he can run behind. Where are the schemed plays to get him open? Where are schemed plays to get Chase Brown the ball in space. Zac is fine if he has a squad that is oozing with so much talent the other team can't compete.

I have hated the Steelers in the past and while I certainly don't like them perhaps I just don't get into the matchup as much as I did previously. Hopefully we past the stretch of brutal play we saw for years of everyone trying to hurt each other and perhaps that will be a lasting impact Burfict gave to the fan base.

But I will say the Steelers have a standard that is upheld by they're FO that we just don't have. A few years back when they're defense started out trash did they do what we would've done a just ride the year out? No they went and traded a 1st for Minkah and haven't looked back since. There is a reason they don't go below .500 and it's because that's not acceptable to them. While I do think they're current QB situation is a potential tricky one in the future they were in QB hell with Pickett and they pull the trigger and get out of it very quickly. I would've enjoyed watching them suffer a few more years but all you can do is tip your hat.

Unfortunately until we set that same standard or preferably higher with Burrow and Chase which I don't see happening. We will probably be in the same hell of picking in the 20 range and missing on more draft picks than we hit.

Well, today probably didn't help the cause.
