Volson holding calls
#1
I missed the second one, but I really didn't see much to justify the first one.

RB bouncing outside played a factor. Don’t think Volson was prepared for that.

Holding was the least of his issues, He damn near broke Joe's ankle

Quote:On the Bengals first drive, Burrow's foot was stepped on by his own offensive lineman in Cordell Volson. Burrow's ankle appeared to roll as a result, and while he ultimately ended up staying in the game, he was limping around the field quite badly, worrying fans that he had suffered an injury on the play.

Ya know, let’s say Volson DID end up breaking Joe’s ankle...I have a feeling the Volson bunch would deflect blame onto Burrow or something lol

Except he didn’t. Burrow is fine. It was no one’s fault, just something that happened in the heat of play.

So is a lineman supposed to constantly look backwards to see where he's stepping, or is it the guy behind him  that needs to give them room and  watch where their own feet go???

Funny OBj had a holding call and no one says a thing. The second one, was Moss trying to bounce outside when he was supposed to go inside.

1 holding call vs 2 holding calls and stepping on Burrow's ankle

Not that funny.
