Hendrickson is an Absolute Menace This Year

You mean the certain WR that is leading the league in receiving yards and TD’s? That WR? Maybe more players should skip Zac’s camp. Ninja

What the blank was up with that? Sick

Avoiding this place because it is a cesspool of negativity right now (and I REALLY don't need that, after the week I had), but I have always maintained AND THE NUMBERS BACK IT UP (not grades, I'm talking pressure numbers), that Fred is a really good pass-blocking OT. He was horrific at OG and that was one of the worst G games we ever saw, but he was NEVER a liability for us at OT.

I kept saying on Twitter and IG (mainly on @obscure_bengals' accounts) that I wouldn't be surprised if he pitches a shutout for sacks, as Fred always did a good job for us here.

And I wasn't surprised. We abandoned the blitz again yesterday, after the 1st Q it seemed, but I'm not getting into that here.

He’s still a backup. If Trey wants to be paid like top pass rusher in the league you can’t get blanked by backups. If Trent Williams or Penei Sewell pack you up then ok, tip your hat to an excellent player. There’s no excuse against a guy on his 4th team in 5 years though.

Sorry, can't agree here.

We saw him here for 3 years (I said 4 previously, made a mistake) and he consistently blanketed pass rushers, regardless of stature, team, scheme, etc.

In 695 snaps at T for us, over a 3 year span (AT T, not the 32 at G), he gave up 1 sack.

Backup or not, scheme can overcome any player.

And it's 3 teams in 6 seasons Wink

Meh I don't have an issue with Trey during this game because the edges have to play the read option. This is the type of offense you need the IDL to feast.

Getting looney around here. Trey is still a top pass rusher and you saying he is a backup is just insane. We shouldn't of let FJ go in the
first place, he was a good backup for us. Usually like most of what you say Nicomo but emotion is getting to you when you are saying
things like this.

Trey was beating FJ in the first half, the Eagles just called screens perfectly eliminating his rush.

It was Hubbard getting owned by a TE that made me concerned.

Shout out to ADG for a great stop on Barkley. Have to say something good today. That was ugly yesterday, worst 2nd half I have seen
since the Chargers beat us down back in the day.

He originally signed with Pittsburgh in 2019 as a UDFA. The fact that they waived him doesn’t really help your point.

Steelers
Bengals
Buccaneers
Eagles

He was on his 4th team in his 5th season last year.

It’s all good. Trey is obviously not one of the problems with this team. I’m just mad at the defense in general. Gaah

Updated. Yes, it was against backups, but I think this was the single most-dominating pass rush game by a DE in our recent history.

Shoving Munford on his ass was laughter-inducing.

Can't believe they didn't give a 3rd string OT any help against Trey.

Heck, I can't believe we didn't give Mims more help against Crosby.
