Anyone else nervous about the Browns?
#1
I still feel like the Browns are a scary match up with us. I feel a bit more nervous after that Giants game, because I think the Browns can get to Burrow like how the Giants did. Their offense might get a boost with Chubb coming back as well. Our defense looked way better vs the Giants, but I'm still worried about our DL vs Chubb (if he's back). Watson has looked really bad, so hopefully he continues to look bad against us. I think we win the game, but the way we played against the Giants makes me way more nervous about this game.

The DL is a huge difference and the offense though not as good versus the Giants is probably going to explode.
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.

Nope. Besides, being too nervous will give you a case of the browns.

It’s never easy against them. However, their Dline doesn’t have the depth NYG do. Their offense is terrible but will get new life with Chubb back, even if it’s limited.

Take care of the football and we should win.

You can get help for nervous conditions. Mellow LOL

Seriously, morale is going to be way low for the Browns this week, if this team can't step on the throat this week? Then I don't know what to say about the future of Zac Taylor.

If this Bengals team can't force it's will on a Brown's team standing on the edge of a full blown meltdown??

It'll be time to start the we'll get em next year threads.

Bengals should win this one. But you never know. We may cure their offensive woes. I don’t see it. They miss Callahan and we could have had a sb if the fo would have reunited him with his son. I digress.

Don't love the game being in Cleveland but truly believe the Bengals are the better team and will win this one handily.

How brutal would it be for us not to win when Watson is playing so horribly he is about to be benched and their star WR just got traded.

Yes Chubb is back but we handled Henry decently if you remove the OT yardage.

Lamar > Watson …. by a lot.

Garrett is a freak and will be a problem as always —-but what concerns me the most here - the Browns CB’s. They shut down our passing game very well.

they are 0 for on 3rd downs...

is Chubb playing?  (my fantasy team needs this)

I feel like they simply stopped running Henry in the second half because Lamar could just destroy us through the air. Before OT, Henry had just 11 carries and only 1 of those came in the second half.

Now Watson probably won't throw for 348 and 4 TDs like Lamar did, but even still if we have to sell out to stop Chubb from being a factor like we did Henry, it's a pyrrhic victory.

New free column: It's time for the Browns to give up on Deshaun Watson, who is off to the worst start in modern league history.

Since 2007, out of 566 passers through six weeks, Watson ranks:

QBR: 558th
Yds/Dropback: 565th
First Down Rate: 566th

If you ranked the defenses the Browns offense has faced this season by EPA/play, Cleveland has faced defenses ranked No. 27, No. 31, No. 18, No. 21 and No. 28.

This has been a historically bad start against the worst defenses in the NFL.

The Bengals could be 6-0 and I would be nervous for the Browns  game considering the history of this series

I dont think the Browns DL is as good of a unit as the Giants, especially the interior. I also feel confident in OBJ holding up against Garrett.

I do think they will move Garrett all around. It'll be interesting to see how Mims holds up against him.
