Andrew Coker OT added to Practice Squad
#1
I expect we'll call him up if OBJr is not ready to go.

Definitely a prospect that needs work but grading wise:

Pass Block: 73.3

Pass Block True Pass Set: 71.9

Run Block: 53.7

As depth goes one can do worse.

DT Dominique Davis was released from the PS to make a place for Coker.

I would suspect that OT Devin Cochran would be called up first as he has been practicing and is familiar with the offense

The grades are interesting as the TCU insiders say he actually does his best in run blocking.

I watched this guy in college and thought he was a good player. I like the Coker addition. ThumbsUp

I don't think he is the next Munoz but this is the type of player you need to have on PS working their way into the 53 as line depth. There is real potential here but also a real need for polish and getting worked up.

Yes, this is a different pickup to me as I have heard of the guy and watched him play well, unlike the Steuber pickup.

I agree that Coker is a nice addition for futures considerations, but a team looking to make a playoff run needs viable depth... now.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations
