every team should scare you. esp. the cowboys and broncos. the steelers will handle us. like many on the board have said all we're really doing now is screwing up draft placement. season ended in october. sorry. and welcome to the bengals.

Well we have yet to beat a good team, the teams we have beaten are 8-28. Hell Ravens have 6 victories themselves but still alive for WC

One game at a time. Beat the Rats and suddenly everything changes.

i'm hoping and praying. but man is that hard to see on a short week in baltimore. esp, after that heartbreaker against them. like KC. you are right though. get them and improve your division record. uber important.

It's going to take a flawlessly executed game in all three phases to knock off the Ravens. I'm not saying that they can't do it, but it's going to take their best game and maybe even a few lucky breaks here and there.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

Lost to the Chiefs by 1, lost to the Ravens in OT. And those games were played when our DT's were inuured. You act like we're getting blown out by "good teams"

I don't view it as the Bengals should have fear for every team, but certainly respect the opponent as professionals that can win a game.

Don't worry Frank, you can continue to be pessimistic.  Ninja

I think they finish around the .500 mark, but I'm going to drink the Kool Aid the good weeks and cry during the bad weeks.

The Chargers have one of the best D's in the league and we likely lost BJ Hill and All and Moss for a while.

Need Brown & Higgins back.

The playoffs start this week for the Bengals. 5 of the remaining 8 games are against Team we might face in the Playoffs.

So its show up or ship out.

I do think if we go 2-1 in the next 3 games, 6-6 and at 500 means we'll likely at least be in with a shot til the end of the season.

If I'm a betting man (I'm not), then tbh I don't think we're favoured to win a single one of these next 3... but these next 3 are last chance saloon so maybe we get an inspired performance, who knows.

Should've beaten the Ravens at home... I know this is on the road, but we shouldn't be going into their house scared.

Chargers will be a tough nut to crack. Wouldn't say they're scary, but will be a tough W to grind out for sure.

The Steelers defence will be a problem... and maybe with Wilson back there they might rejuvenate on offence. I do this this is the least likely of the 3. I personally don't believe they're as good as their record, but we'll see.

My head says we'll go 1-2 unfortunately, but if we can get to 6-6 then it's still very much possible. Not saying it's likely even from there, but if we make it to 6-6 then we'll have gone 6-3 in the past 9 and played some good teams in that stretch too. I guess every point from here on out is crunch time, but this 3 game stretch feels like make or break.
