He's not the best player by any stretch, but I think our coaches and elsewhere kind of screwed him by playing him out of position.

Well we don't know what's going on in his head, but we do know he had back issues, and has not been allowed to focus on playing the position he played in college. He hasn't been done any favors..... now whether he would have done better as a LT in the NFL is debatable as well, but we know he played better there than he did as guard or as any position on the right side of the line. Some players just can't make the transition.
