Andy Dalton has more game winning drives than Burrow
#1
It's kind of wild but Andy has more GW drives than Burrow. It seems under the Zac/Burrow era they lose pretty much every close game...

Yeah

Defense just can’t be trusted to do shit

It’s like they think it’s illegal to play D if Burrow is playing well

Losing lots of close games is the sign of a very badly coached team. Mike Zimmer’s defenses and Paul Guenther’s defenses helped Andy Dalton a lot. I remember Andy saying that during a postgame interview, in fact. Anyway, the Zac/Joe iteration of the Bengals cannot protect a lead. Zac needs to stop going for it on fourth down and he needs to take a three point field goal instead of trying a heroic play.

Those "heroic plays" were on the quarterback.....jus' sayin'.

To be fair, that was a clutch final drive by Burrow. One we haven't seen in years, but a loss is a loss and there is no glory or "clutch" bragging rights in a loss.

Very clutch, and he got hosed at a fair crack at the 2 pt conversion. I'm not usually one to ***** about officiating, but that was "ass berries". Clete Blakeman and his crew love flags more than their wives, and they keep them in their pocket there? Three ***** penalties and you call ZERO? How does that happen? They sure didn't let Baltimore away with it against KC. This is how the conspiracy theory shit gets started, and frankly, the league deserves it. That was a shit show.

Honestly, Marvin was a better coach than Zac and Andy had better OC's. And the DC's were largely better then too.

It was bad.

But, there were WR's running wide open for the Ravens. Bengals couldn't tackle. We deserved to lose.

The thread topic might be true, but it doesn't mean it's a negative reflection on Burrow's play.

Oh yeah defense that played so well in the first half, totally shit the bed the second half. The Wallace touchdown, and Lamar's run to the goal line were classic Bengal fails.

They have to fire the coaches for next year, right?

I was thinking about this...Thursday game. Long week. A lot of teams would fire their DC this week.

They have to fire HC and turnover some of the roster IF they want to compete. I doubt they do though.

Adjustments made by Ravens to throw the ball more in 2nd half, and we had no answers, as usual.

If Trey Hendrickson doesn’t make a play, a play simply will not be made.

I would look long and hard at some position coaches at the least.....and fire the GM.
