Just saw on Twitter that he passed away. Not sure when. All of old board users definitely remember him.

Damn. I know there's a lot of hard feelings towards Denny, but that is sad to hear. My thoughts are with his family.

Wow, I didn't think he was that old. Do you know if he had been ill or something? I know a lot of us clashed with him over the years, but I never took it too personally. Regardless of any silly differences online, you hate to hear this. RIP.

Damn, that is brutal. He was too young. I hate to hear that. May he rest in peace.

He was a superfan for sure. Rarely ever spoke negative of the Bengals if ever, and as dedicated to supporting them as anyone could be. RIP

What?  That's awful!  And during the holiday season.  RIP Denny.

I feel the same, RIP Denny. One thing that I'll always remember him for was his ability to remain positive and optimistic, even in the worst of seasons for the Bengals.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

After a bit of digging, Denny had cancer and lost his fight. Horrible.

2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Bengal's FO has major work to do on defensive side of the ball. I say tag and trade Tee Higgins in 2025 to start with the rebuild.

Thanks for the update, that is horrible...and like Mickey noted, during the holiday season makes it that much worse. My sister in law just lost her father to cancer on Sunday as well.

Man, this sucks. I know some had an issue with him on the mothership, but he was always cool to me. RIP Denny and prayers for his family.

RIP DennyG2

Was he ever around here? I’ve been in and out over the past like, 20 years (wow) across these boards.

Definitely a prominent name over that span, sad to hear.

Sorry to hear that. He was definitely a homer on the old boards (was it homers vs haters or something like that)?
He was a dedicated Bengals fan and seemed to be a good guy. Prayers for his family.

Sad to hear.
R.I.P. to MR. TBATBOIPS (The Bengals Are The Best Organization In Pro Sports).
That guy would'nt allow anyone to say a negative thing about the Bengals.
