Dallas PFF Scores

I'll never forget Billings dropping back in coverage at some point during Lou's first year.

Chase Brown having an elite grade in the passing game is great to see. It was one of the things missing from his game. You can tell Joe trusts him way more as receiver now, as evidenced by him getting that deep ball in the end zone. Apparently he got LASIK in the offseason, and it seems to be making a huge difference.

I did see Mims have some success against Parsons when he did get his hands on him.

Didn't think it was 42.3 bad for Mims though that is for sure.

Believe Marco was a pretty early pick, at least I think I heard this. You can see he has talent.

Agree on Ivey, everytime I have seen him play he has made some nice plays whether in coverage or tackling.

McKinnley was a 3rd round pick.

Way too early to call him trash, that is extremely premature by Whatever.

He has the best pressure rate of any of iur interior lineman outside of Hill. Low bar, but a fact.

Chase dropped one ball that hit him in the numbers, a second that hit him in the helmet in the end zone, and a 3rd that hit him in the hands (after he was interfered with)  Great player, great numbers, I did not think he had a great night catching the ball.

That and the work he put in working on pass catching. Looking like a great pick.

Tee seems to be having a hard time holding on to it as well since he returned. A lot of bobbling going on.

Well, they decided not to resign or replace Reader, then drafted for need in a bad NT class.  Like you said, NT has a long development curve.  Jackson was never going to come in and fill that immediate need, so reaching for him was pretty bad.  We obviously needed help all over.

We'll see how he develops, but his current level of play doesn't inspire much confidence that he will be more than another Zach Carter.

Good news is Kris Jenkins is developing nicely in the DJ Reader role of 0t-4t with a ton of 1t. Jackson I still have compared to Pat Sims so it's not a surprise his pff grade is bad.

They definitely need impact DL anyway they can get them.

Rankins and Hubbard both need to be cut for cap space, that's for sure.

They need an impact FA and then need to invest in the draft and hope they hit this time.

Because every player misses plays and there are plenty of plays that take a player away from his normal responsibilities. Yes, on the surface Pratt looked bad on a few plays but one really has to understand the gap/lane responsibility, covering for another player not in the right gap, etc.We talk about OL all the time but almost every fan has no idea what the initial responsibility is of "said" player is on a specific play.

Tbf neither does PFF.

He looks like he’s got cinder blocks for feet and is generally lost out there. To me anyway

I see that as well. Whenever there's a play, he's around but doesn't get involved. His missed tackles appear more lack of interest. If I could describe, in one word, his play style? It would be "LAZY!"

I really did not pay attention to letting Bill Bergy go and the Dan Wilkenson trade.  But they were really good players.   I'm amazed they didn't let Krumrie go...

Bengals beat a team that is worse than they are this year with essentially a 3rd string quarterback..a discussion of PFF scores is meaningless

Pratt is not a very good linebacker..in all facets of the game
