Currently projected to be a mid-round pick...

Absolutely would love this monster on the Bengals plus a hell of a last name for a jersey.

What are yall's thoughts? Would pair well with Chase Brown.

He's looked good every week.  I'd take him over Jentry.  Scat does it all, does it all well and has the heart of a lion.

Seems like the type of dude that will end up with the Stealers and run for 125 against the Bengals game after game.

May happen.
Harris and Warren are both free agents.

2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Bengal's FO has major work to do on defensive side of the ball. I say tag and trade Tee Higgins in 2025 to start with the rebuild.

And we know the Steelers are notorious for letting their RB draft picks walk once they hit FA.
They drafted Bell then never gave him a long-term deal.
They drafted Conner and did the same.
Harris likely about to be the same.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs

Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.

With his performance yesterday, he will be scrutinized under the lights for character issues and whatnot for the draft, so time will tell more on that.

Otherwise imo he would be a solid pick for the Bengals (in 4th ?). He is physical and can catch, and a near perfect compliment for this offense when they need those gritty yards and first downs.

He was fifth in the Heisman, put up 300+ total yards on the best defense in football and if not for Jeantry, would be the #1 RB on all boards....no way he drops to the 4th, unless his personality quirks are actual personality issues.

We got Mixon that way.

Yeah I have no idea where he will go other than he won't be a first rounder. I just mentioned 4th because I can't see Bengals take a rb in top 3 rounds nor should they either with what they need.

He was not on Kiper's top 10 at RB or FB.

The NFL Mock Draft Database has him at #164 and the #13 RB.

Yesterday helps. But I don't see much higher than Rd3 tops, in the Compensatory picks portion.

We'll see how he tests.

He is ranked #164 and 14th best RB.

Really don't care what those say as they are obviously behind.

I've been watching him for weeks and he's been playing out of his mind.  Last night was not unique.  He plays like that every time he's on the field.  If he isn't top 5 after the season then those rankings are complete shyt.

We're good with Brown and Herbert.

Besides, Dalllas will sprint to the podium to nab him. Count on that.

Guys please don't talk him into being a Steelers I'd puke lol...

I agree we have more pressing needs but if he's there in the 4th he's who I'd pick.

Herbert is a FA not a lock he will be back. Moss will be cut and travyeon isn't taking anyone's spot and Evans is prob gone as well.....we will draft a RB at some point.

Herbert will hit FA this Spring, as will Trayveon Williams.
The only RBs they got are Brown and Moss (who I'm ok with parting ways with).

With that said, this offense is not morphing to need a 1A and 1B, so no need to spend a Day 1 or Day 2 pick on a RB.
Bengals just need a short yardage guy, and those can typically be had for cheaper in FA or Day 3 of the draft.
