So, if I'm reading it right, Ja'Marr and Trey are starters, but Josh Allen is the starter as QB.

As Frank would say, they made a couple of mistakes.

The most glaring:

1) DE. Texans DE Danielle Hunter instead of Raiders DE Maxx Crosby, who is a great player not having as good a year.

2) DT. Bronos DT Zach Allen is having a better year than all 3 DT's who made the PB. Starters Chris Jones and Cam Heyward and reserve Justin Madibuike. Allen should be a starter.

3) WR. Jags WR Cam Thomas is more deserving than Browns WR Juedy, who has no business starting. He makes some plays and has had a good year, but is also kind of a knucklehead.

4) RB. Bills Cook over Mixon. Joe has had a good year, but Cook has been better.

Chase should also end up being our 1st All Pro since Geno and Whit in 2015.

Chase Brown got hosed. Which is why I dont take the pro bowl arguments seriously. Bengals players tend to get jobbed in popularity contests

Agree. It's a popularity contest.Just like the MLB,all star game.Fans and players should not be allowed to vote.Let a national panel of sports writers, coaches,or GM's, vote on who should make the team.

TBH I'm glad we do not have a bunch of Pro Bowlers this year. It seems to me like the team comes into camp each year believing their own hype about how good they will be, and have to get hit in the mouth a few times to come back to reality. I hope they start next year hungry and humble.

First it was Ja’Marr Chase’s hold-in, now it’s the players being too cocky. LOL

Maybe, just maybe, it’s actually the HC not having them properly prepared. Every. Single. Year. Hmm

Chase Brown is 4th among AFC RBs in yards from scrimmage.

The guys ahead of him are:
Derrick Henry (1953)
Jonathan Taylor (1387)
De'Von Achane (1378)

If going off just rushing yards, the following guys are ahead of him:
Henry (1783)
Taylor (1254)
Pollard (1017)
Harris (1007)
Mixon (993)
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

You’re probably thinking since week 9. Only Barkley and Ja’Marr had more yards from scrimmage than Chase Brown over that span.

Talk about a popularity contest: Travis Kelce was number 1 in fan voting overall. No doubt thanks to the wonderfully informed Taylor Swift fans who recognize that Kelce is the very best player in the NFL.

Brown wasn't a starter until week 9. Henry is a gimmee. Cook is leading in scrimmage TDs and about as many yards and did not make it.

We don't run it a ton. He isn't a bell cow.

Thinking Brown got snubbed is homerism. Hunter & Allen got snubbed. AJ Brown got snubbed.

Cook isn't head and shoulders above others with total TDs, so I can see why that didn't get him in.
He's close to Brown in production but significantly less touches (229) than the other RBs above him.
There are 5 RBs in the league with 300+ touches, 2 of which have 350+.

I agree with your last sentence.
It's ok if a player we think is good didn't make the Pro Bowl.
There is some popularity involved, but it's also often (and mostly) raw production.
The guys who have produced year after year are also going to get the votes over a newcomer like Chase Brown.
Name recognition.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
