Well we've seen multiple examples of under valuing talent and then failing to replace it. We always fall in line with the worrying about how things work in the future. I say our time is now do what we can now to win then work to make the financial side work in the future.

Our 2021 could do this because all our guys flew to the ball but we often see guys against us have a 1 on 1 before the group comes so we absolutely have to tackle better.
