Has there ever been a player with 17 sacks on a worse defense? I struggling for a reason why I’d miss those 17 sacks. The savvy move is to trade Hendrickson a year early at his highest value and commit to this rebuild on D.

Tee at least home grown and if I had to choose between the two it’s Tee.

Y’all think without Trey we lose games 74-48?

The reason they brought in Hendrickson in the first place is because the Bengals front office has one of the worst scouting departments in the NFL and they need to bring in proven free agents because they do such a bad job drafting these guys.

If the Bengals trade Hendrickson for a 1st round pick who do you think they are going to draft to replace him?   If you get another Myles Murphy type DE, how bad is the defense going to be next season?  As bad as the #25 ranked defense was this year, they could very easily get worse.  We need to be adding more talent to the defense, not losing it.  It should be no surprise to anyone that as the Bengals management has let the talent leave from the Super Bowl and AFCC defense, the defense has become worse.
