Adam Schefter is reporting that the hiring of Mike Vrabel is a done deal. This is probably the least surprising hire of this cycle. It has been telegraphed since Mayo was fired
It's next season and I'm hopeful

He'll likely do well there. Robert Kraft will give him all of the tools that he needs to work with, as far as personnel and assistant coaches.
