Damar came back last year, And was awful. This is not the 'he came back last year and stunk and rode the bench, and now this year he is a bit better but still really bad comeback player of the next year' award

I think they may rob Trey of DPOTY
It will be robbery because you know if Garrett, Watt or Parsons put up those numbers they would win it easily. No one came close to his sack total and he was practically a one man defense for most of the season.
Still think Chase should get it over Barkley for offense. Barkley is great but he ran behind a great O line. Chase racked up a ton of YAC so he got a lot of those stats/yards on his own…

Being the 9th guy to do one thing (rushing yards) or the 5th guy to do 3 things (rec, yds, tds) also being the first guy with 1700yds and 17tds...easy vote. Chase.
Garrett and Trey are the only legit contenders for DPoTY. Similar tackles, similar TFL, similar FF. Trey had 3.5 more sacks and 5 more passes defensed. Clear winner. Trey.
Hamlin for CPoTY? GTFOH with that shit. Burrow had an injury that no QB has ever had and there were legit questions on if he'd ever be the same, so he just goes out there and puts up MVP numbers while re-setting Bengals season records. Easy winner. Burrow.
Burrow has put up MVP numbers but not making the playoffs is going to put a big red X on his name. It will probably go to Allen, which is a farce. Lamar is more deserving than him.
Four possible awards, three of them realistic and the Bengals will probably end up with one. CPoTY. Whooopdeedooo.

Joe deserves Comeback Player of the Year for sure. Bet he gets it.
Tough for Ja'Marr with Saquon having such a great year. But Saquon deserves OPOY.
Ja'Marr is the best WR though and will be paid the most and should be happy. He is only getting started.
Wish Trey would get DPOY, he was the Sack leader and was on a better team than Myles and Micah. Twatt sucked late in the year.

I don't think you followed him much at all, So lets me give you a recap,
2023 he barely played, got in a few times in 5 games, this year totally different he started 14 games and finished third on the team with 89 tackles. He added two interceptions, a fumble recovery, and five passes defended while playing the second-most snaps on the team's defense. Now I am not saying he should get the honor but what a comeback for a guy who almost died.

Yeah, I dont make it a habit of studying the below average seasons of Bills Safety's.
He came back, that was last year. It is a total sham he is up for the award again, frankly it is silly.
He was graded the 107 best Safety in the league, out of 170 who played. Well below avg.

He is the worst player on the field right now. And it is not even close.

Worthy just dusted him for a TD.

How could Hamlin be in the running for comeback player of the year in 2023 -- where he finished second -- and then comeback player of the year in 2024. That doesn't make any logical sense that one could be a finalist for comeback player two years in a row.

I think the best chance will be Burrow getting CPOY. Trey definitely has a good chance being the sack leader with DPOY. And for OPOY, I personally give it to Barkley but that also is including playoffs which isn't part of the award. Any other year Jamar should get it for the triple crown.

Exactly. Damar turned in one of the worst games I have ever seen an NFL Safety play last night. His PFF Grade was sub 25, he was atrocious.
Bills fans are all sick of the feel good story keeping him on the team, he is a practice squad player at best, and they all understand it.
Making him a back to back finalist for comeback player of the year is just idiotic. HE CAME BACK LAST YEAR(2023).

Burrow should win CPOY - and it should be unanimous. Hopefully this is the last one he is ever in contention for.

I think Burrow will win CPOY and Hendrickson will win DPOY over Garrett & Surtain.
I do not think Chase wins OPOY. Barkley should get it. If I had a vote, I'd have voted Barkley for MVP as well.
