These are young men with young families and anyone who has been to a game knows the stands can be hostile.  Their families put up with a lot  The players don't want to have to worry about their wives, children, parents, etc during the game.

Back in the day. not so long ago...the wives had mother hens in Melissa Whitworth and Anna Peko who would take the new wives and mothers under their wings and show them the ropes.  There really isn't anyone like that on the team right now.  Our most senior player isn't married.  Our QB isn't married so it is possible that these women are feeling isolated which their husbands pick up on.

I call that BS if it is true (Not your statement, but on the player's part) There is not a player on this team that can't afford season tickets on the Club level, which has plenty of available seating, is under cover during the rain, and is 10 steps from tables inside if it gets too cold. These guys are evidently expecting their employer to do everything for them. Wait till they are out of the league and in the real world. Why, they might have to buy their own lunch... the horror!

You don't want your favorite team to be a franchise that gets good reviews from its players and is a team that other players would like to be a part of?

Bengals have a bad reputation, and the Browns could not care less.

FFS, food? They get an F in food? Hospitality? This is not a serious organization.

The organization has consistently received high marks..for training accomodations , trainers, medical etc..as far as food...who cares

I know fans love some added juice to trash the FO. But, isn't the responsibility of the FO to take a survey and then address the issues as they see fit. It appears they are doing just that with child care. Maybe other items like buying families tickets in the club section to me is on the player. The FO's job is to sell out PBS incuding suites and the club section, not give the tickets away.

If players want family in the club section pretty simple, buy them off the secondary market. As for families and gan abuse, i was in the club section for a very long time, the family I met who let everyone know they were family were treated with respect. But my experience is most family members blended right in and we had no idea they were a family member.

Cafeteria food has never been known for it's "cuisine". But they should be  meals specifically for the players who may not be able to afford private chefs yet. 

Seemed like in prior years the argument was they weren't open nights and off days.

Another player is worried about his young family having to be in long lines in public without him to watch over them.

"Just different things where they can make it more convenient for our families, especially when the husband's not there," the veteran noted to ESPN. "We're worried about them. I think it would be easier for us if we had certain things for families, we don't have to worry about it."
