Is there a limit to how many players a team can interview?

The Bengals are meeting with all the first round Ends (+ Walter Nolen). Reminds me of last year when they talked to every Offensive Tackle.

Well, except 1. This makes me happy.

Yea it's like 50 or 60 of the 300+ at the combine. They do meet with every single prospect at the All-Star games now though.

I haven't watched him yet but the OK State LB Collin Oliver said the Bengals really like him.

I was thinking Carter. So that means we're not thinking of moving up to #1OA

Not bad.

Love that they're meeting with 6'5/6'6 tight ends that could (will likely) all fall to us in the 2nd or third round. If one falls to the third, we better be sprinting to the podium to announce it ourselves because Chase on the outside draws defenders and could leave the middle of the field open.

I think Taylor or Helm could be good picks if one fell to the second round and definitely the third round. I might even try to trade up a few spots because a pass catching 6'5 tight end is better than a quality #2 IMCO because they can make defenses cover more of the field. I think Burrow would be foaming at the mouth.

Nolen............. DingDing

Our D needs to be able to stop the run first-and-foremost and I think he goes a long way in doing that!

Our secondary obviously needs improvement, so glad we're putting in work there.

Combine, NCAA Conference Tournaments, draft, and NCAA Tournament........ I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!

I really hope the list expands for the defensive players.  I'm not sure the history of the Bengals draft without doing the research but I suspect they typically draft guys they've spoken to (particularly in the earlier rounds).  I can get behind Nolan but there isn't a DE that excites me that will be there at #17.  I hope they go TE but only if Warren is there but if they go defense, I want someone who can do multiple things, in particular cover a TE and threaten the QB so Jihaad Campbell, Nick Emmanwori and Jahdae Barron top my list at their respective positions most likely to be available at #17.

Hopefully Walker didn't impress.

Stewart and Mykell Williams are too similar to Murphy in my mind in terms of athletes that production has never matched projection. I'd really like to see us invest in someone with proven production. At this point we need a pass rusher with a high floor even if the ceiling isn't as high.

Jalon Walker as well I figure if we are looking at the "viper" position in Golden's Defense.

If they go TE, I like Warren a ton.

But I am still a Kenneth Grant fan first and foremost at 17.

You don't like Deone Walker? He is a talented DT from what I saw this year. I like Nolen as far as talented 3-tech maybe the most but he
evidently has character concerns.

Ty Robinson.

He's more of a Hubbard-type, but I'd be cool with another Hubbard at DE for the next 7-10 years.

I would definitely take Jalon Walker...I just don't see him being there.  Really liked everything I saw from Jihaad yesterday...not sure why some had put an early second round grade on the guy.  He looks like an absolute stud and someone who will vastly upgrade the LB position over a stiff like Pratt.  Our LBs are not good at blitzing right now.

I'm still scratching my head about the Murphy pick. Thus far it's been right up there with the Ross pick as a huge bust.

I thought that Robinson is a 3T?

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations
