Did'nt he demand a raise before the season started last year, not knowing he could'nt get it because of league rules? He's the type. Most of them are.

They had 3 objectives prior to beginning free agency.

And they failed in all 3 of those objectives.

Expecting even a single positive thing from them is unrealistic at this point.

I'm right there with you. I'm trying to stay positive but WOW is it hard.

lol. I was just thinking the other day...how great it would be to have a final 4 of Ky and SJU on one side and Duke and Auburn on the other.

Have an instant classic where the cats beat Rick, then Duke beats Auburn in double or triple overtime, then the Cats take it home against the despicable, hated dookies on Monday night.

Ahhhh, to dream...

Mahomes found the perfect fit, if he gets drafted by any team that was'nt Pitt, Balt, Philly or KC he's not gonna be the same. You think he'd be Burrow good if he was drafted by the Bengals with this O-line?

Oh, who's playing? Not the Bengals! Ninja
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs

Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

Those trashing our FO, Mack just signed a 1 year deal for guaranteed 18 miilion. it appears to me our FO did a hell of a job with Trey's former contract.

Please use 2025 free agency to fix the trenches, not the draft!!!!!!!!

With Gesicki signed to a 3-year deal, I agree.
If a TE is going to be drafted, they need to fit the Erick All mold. Someone who can block but isn't a liability as a receiver.
Warren is my preferred, but I also like Mason Taylor out of LSU on Day 2 and Mitchell Evans out of ND early Day 3.

I think this greatly oversimplifies the situations. We have to ignore the fact that Mahomes was drafted in 2017 because that screws everything up, but if Mahomes replaces Burrow and everything else stays the same (Tee Higgins, Chase, etc.) then I absolutely think he becomes one of the best QBs in the league still. It just wouldn't be via the same manner.

They are elite QBs for different reasons. Burrow is better in-structure than Mahomes and Mahomes is better out of structure. If you put Mahomes on this team, he lights the league up because of how talented his weapons are and how good he is at evading pressure.

There are definitely teams where Mahomes doesn't turn into this guy, though, just like there are teams where Burrow doesn't turn into who he is. If Joe was drafted by someone like the Lions or Browns where they put Joe under center, heavy play-action and condensed sets, then I don't think he is the guy he is today. A notable part of Joe's success has been the coaching staff's willingness to implement an offense that Joe already excelled in during college. For the faults they have, they have done that very well.

Here's hoping.

Twitter seems to have crashed.

At least for me.

I wonder if the two events are related.

Is it a hacker or is it a traffic volume issue?

For Bengals fans it is a day/week of high anxiety so make sure you are ready.  The must haves include

1) bottle of antacids
2) bottle of Tylenol
3) adult beverage of your choice
4) Xanax
5) and of course, that smidgen of hope that will quickly be doused when the FO does something stupid (er) than they already have
Not your first time aye?  Hilarious Spot on!
