Just my humble opinion, Paycor is still architecturally one of the most stunning stadiums in the NFL. Can't wait to see these upgrade and new facilities they are going to construct! It might be worth a trip and game to see. 

Not sure what you mean by permanent bubble. The current bubble is outta there when the permanent indoor practice facility is built. 

If these renovations are still gonna happen, it's going to look really sweet down there when they're done. I agree about the stadium itself. I think it looks really good, 25 years later. The additions will only make it look better.

I wonder who'd idea it was to replace the concrete outside the stadium with green spaces for tailgating. One wet game in October or November, and good luck keeping it from becoming a giant mud pit. I don't see how they'll ever keep grass on it with that much foot traffic during football season.
