Awesome video, Harley.  Tugs at the heartstrings.  I haven't cried like that since Feb. 13, 2022.  I will gladly pony up.

I know times are tough for many in the forum. We are very lucky. This forum has great members and is run by a great group. Let's keep the best NFL forum humming so we can spend time with fellow fans and even fans from other teams.

TY to all who work very hard so we can enjoy the forums. If you can't donate, I hope you will be able to when you prosper in the future.

Of course, I'm going to kick in and any amount I give will be a bargain. Thanks to you, the staff, and the posters.

EDIT: One thing folks that kick in need to look at is the "tip%" you're giving to GoFundMe. I'm not saying they don't deserve a couple of bucks going their way but I think the default is 17%

I would assume most just move the tip slider to zero.

This fundraiser will be for just 2 years and will cover everything (hosting, SSL, domain, extending the current security package, full backups, etc).

The 2 year plan will cost 129.95 monthly for every thing, with a total cost of 3,118. This will take us through May of 2027.

*On a board related note, we will officially reach the 10 full years in May as well...and have now been around longer than the mothership. I couldn't have imagined that when we started this board a decade ago...so I just want to personally thank everyone in this community who has contributed with donations, posts, views, etc.

I know things can get crazy sometimes, but I truly believe this is the best Bengals community on the web! Joe

Proud of us! Thanks for all you do, Holic!

$50 coming from me.

Yeah, it's a slider. You just move to whatever you want...including zero.

I guess I wasn't paying attention. Guess that's what I get for donating after 8 beers.

Yeah I usually toss them a dollar or two when I donate via their platform.  In the past I think they had it set to a dollar or maybe even blank with an option to add a tip. But when I saw it was set automatically to 17.5% this time I moved it to zero.  I get that all the money goes to the fund raiser which is good and GFM also has to make a profit but they went a little too far for me as I almost didn't catch it before hitting submit.  So they got zero this time instead of a few bucks.

Anyway glad to see people chipping in again this year.  Thanks everyone that has participated so far.  Rock On

I just figured the only slider you recognized was from White Castle.  Ninja

BTW, I watched the video you re-posted yesterday. I had forgotten what a cool effort that was by you! Clapping

Yeah, they've been great to work with and and take very little in processing/transaction fees, but the default tip does seem pretty high.

*For those who haven't donated yet but plan to, the tip slider can be set to zero and it also shows your 'total' before clicking donate.

Holic,

Put this in the original post - all of those people who donate will be entered into a raffle for a bottle of Buffalo Trace and Weller Special Reserve bourbon.

One donation (of any amount) = one entry.

Get me the full list of board members who donated and ill do the raffle when the fundraiser is completed.

Some of us just like typing things and clicking submit.  We don't like to read all that other stuff.   Tongue Ninja

Hell, the majority of my posts on this forum must be evidence of that.  Big Grin
