The big thing will be if Peters does effectively teach technique to our young Offensive Linemen. If that happens the talent is there for a pretty good line.

The bad thing is the OL young. But, the good thing is they are young with 3 in years 1 and 2 and one in year 4. Yes, I am not giving up just yet on Volson. I am an optimist and hope Peters can make the OL a lot better in pass proection in 2025. It would be great run blocking as well, but give Joe an extrs .5 second and receivers an extra .5 seconds to get open and our offense could be deadly. It is good to see even the vet Karras saying he is learning things as he has played for a lot of OL coaches in his career. If he can take the young ins and make them average in 2025, the future of the OL gets better quickly. ![]() Please use 2025 free agency to fix the trenches, not the draft!!!!!!!!

He will struggle in the beginning. I agree, I will be watching Ratledge a ton and comparing him to our guy this year. We will see who is the better pro, Ratledge moving to Center could hinder him even more for all we know. At least Fairchild is staying at his natural position with us.

He may be great, but some of our fans would be throwing a hissy fit and trashing the FO for not addressing it in FA as t hey knew his plans. Many of the call-ins on Movin' the Chains were Lions fans asking PK and JM to "talk them off of the ledge" so to speak. One caller even went so far as to saying that losing Zeitler for "only a few more million" was going to keep him awake at night. So while these fans were calm and composed when expressing their uncertainty about their team's offense moving forward, you could definitely feel the anxiety in their voices. ![]() Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations -Frank Booth 1/9/23

You can tell that pick pissed Joe off. He threw a 70 yard bomb to Ja’Marr on the next play.

Media has noted that the pace of drills is faster than in past years..no lollygagging between reps, everyone moving faster. As a result more work is getting done in their limited time
