Yep - right around this spot is where the Bengals took one of my all time favorites and a guy I consider to be their best defensive player ever…

Bowman
Farmer
Sampson
Swinson

Solid list of BPA types. Bowman is true BPA at a need position depending on how much you drop him due to height.  If Al gives multiple looks and is creative it can work.  Same for Swinson as a 3rd down rusher.  Sampson has the talent but ball security and pass blocking plus Moss likely stays.  Farmer and Bowman are two of the best available.

Give me Bowman, Mbow and Swinson in that order. Not mad with Farmer as a 5th DT.

Nice size and speed! At 6'3" 186 he could easily add 5-10 pounds and he would no longer be "slight". 4.3 forty... Nice!

If Sanders fell into 5 or 6, I still would most likely want something else.

I will say though, with the DL in this division and the undeniably consistent horrific guard play on this team, having a higher end backup qb might not be a terrible idea.

Probably still wouldn't take him, though I could kind of be made to understand a logical path.

I prefer Jalen Travis or Miles Frazier for the Bengals. Cameron Williams OT Texas is on the table day 3.

Still hard to imagine that but I’m sure teams are scared to bring him in as a back up to develop.  He would have to be much less arrogant and be willing to be there to learn and help the starter. Not to mention the fans/media would be asking about him and calling for him to play if the starter struggled.

No way. Unless he's like Austin Reeves with the Lakers telling teams not to draft him to pick his spot...but that's 2 rds vs 7rds and comp picks.  He's getting drafted, even from a team that he isn't ideal for due to value.  He is overrated but not a street free agent.

With Ty Robinson gone, I turn to Rylie Myles

Not sure the Bengals who value character would want to bring that attitude in for a back up role. If he didn't have that then he'd already would have been picked.

In a vacuum I don't hate the idea though.

I know we already picked Stewart but I would still love Sawyer, Kennard or Ivey.

He becomes a low risk and high reward pick in round 4

Bowman is great value at a position of need, hard to pass on him if I'm Cincy.
